Last weekend was the annual Arizona Kicks Taekwon Do Family Picnic. It was fun, but my favorite part was at the beginning when they had all the students that came (we were missing quite a few) put their uniforms on and do some patterns in the grass at the park. It was neat to watch the black belts perform their patterns. Alex looked so little next to all those big kids. He was the youngest kid there! Most of his little class mates showed up late. Afterwards, Master Karstadt had games and things for families to do together and then grilled hamburgers and hot dogs. It was a nice way to spend a Saturday morning.

Oh my goodness! Alex is awesome! It was so fun to watch him do karate. It's so great you guys have him in those lessons. Just wait til you have all 4 of your kids in some kind of lessons or sports!! That'll be fun!
