Life is moving so quickly lately that I can't ever do a post on just one event. I can't seem to get to them that quickly. So here is a jumble of things.
Early Birthday Gifts

| Mana (Joseph's Mom) sent a box with b-day presents for me and the kids (all the November birthdays). We took the liberty of opening them right when Joseph got back from his trip. As you can see . . . ALL gifts were a big hit! THANK YOU MANA!!!!!!!!! Alex even insisted on wearing this costume (but with clothes) to school the next day. His teacher loved it! |

| R loved her bunny costume and her stuffed animals. She keeps them in her bed with all her other "Babies." |

Kaitlyn wasted no time giving her Care Bear Cub lots of chomps and kisses.
I loved my gifts too! We just didn't get any pictures of them!!! Thank you MANA!!! |
Camping With Cousins

| Alex got to go camping with my sister Kim, her son Justin and his kids, Jayden and Tilly for a night. Jayden and Alex are buddies to the end. Here they are in Kim's truck on the way out to the camp ground. :) |

| I think they are hunting for dragons here. He is lovingly holding a box of Scooby Snacks. Kim said he carried these around for most of the day on Saturday. Doesn't take much to get that boy excited. :) |

| Joseph, me and the girls went to the camp site on Saturday afternoon to play, have dinner, and pick up Alex . Kaitlyn was cold. Rebekah was in heaven. |

CTR Warrior

| Alex's Sunday School teacher gave him this page from her Friend Magazine. |

Stuff

| Look at that french twist. It lasted for all of 10 minutes, but it was sooooo cute! |

| Little Miss Kaitlyn (8 months old already!!!) decided rather early on that baby food and baby cereals are beneath her. Now that we are letting her gnaw on things like watermelon, bread, crackers, yogurt, etc, she is happy happy happy. |

| On Sunday night we got to take my friend Mercedes and her husband Odir and daughter Jocelyn to the Washington DC Temple Visitors Center. Isn't that temple sooooo gorgeous! |

Today we decided to make Indian Head dresses. We then danced around the house like Indians. So fun!

| Tonight for Family Home Evening we learned more about what Joseph Smith was like as a young boy and then we played some games that he used to play . . . like stick pull. The kiddos loved it! A lot. |

| This was the only one Joseph won. Alex and Rebekah are super strong. :) |

Phew, it looks like you are having so much fun!
Welcome home Joseph! Happy B-days to everyone...Heidi, you've got a big one coming up on Sunday!!!! WAHOO! Hope it's super memorable for you. I'll be thinking about you for sure! And I can't help but think that Alex reminds me of Julian in Big Daddy when he dresses up and goes to school...it makes me laugh so hard!! I love this kid's little (big) personality!!! THat CTR warrior is AWESOME!!!
