Our Trip to Arizona!!

The Best of Friends Reunited . . .

I think that throughout life as we move around we are always making new friends wherever we go, but there is just something extra special about those friends that you made in college . . . at least for me. Kari, Sheila, Angela, and Sara were all able to come . . and of course, the BRIDE, Amber. Of the 8 of us that lived in the "House on the Corner," only 2 were missing, Telia and Kelli. It was almost perfect, but we did miss those two girlies! When we were all together this last weekend it was like no time had passed at all. We did each miss our kids and hubbies, but man did we have some GIRLY FUN!! I just have say that the thing I love most about my friends is that no matter how much time has passed since we've seen each other or even talked in the case of a few of us, we seem to still understand each other, support each other and love each other. No matter what each of us has experienced or been through, our friendship still stands strong. I LOVE MY GIRLS!!

Amber was married in the Mesa Temple in Saturday July 7th and even though the weather was over 115 Degrees on her wedding day, everything turned out perfect. She was a glowing and beautiful bride and it was so fun to see her all in love and mushy and happy. Here a few pictures of the wedding weekend.

At Mimi's Cafe the day before Amber's wedding. We had a fun day with Amber helping her with flowers and we took a break to eat at one of Amber's favorite places on earth. This is Kari, Myself, and Sheila with masks and cucumbers on our faces. It was fun to be a teenager again.

Visiting Grandpa and Grandma Krumeich

Since G&G Krumeich live only 1 1/2 hours from where the wedding was we decided to have Alex and Joseph come in on Saturday and go see the grandparents. Alex and I had never met them and it was really so special to spend time with them. They are two wonderful people and have so much love to share. We got to go to lunch with them at the little restaurant they go to every day and while we were there Grandpa was saying to anyone who would listen, "Have you met my GREAT Grandson?!" So cute! Then we went back to the house and looked through some old photo albums and watched golf with them. They LOVE to watch golf. It was so fun! Here are a few pictures.
